Description
Skuimpies/Meringue is a light, airy confectionery mixture made primarily from whipped egg whites and sugar. Mechanically whipping the egg whites introduces air bubbles while trapping them inside a network of denatured proteins, creating a highly stable edible foam. Each color represents a different fruit flavor.
